you have GOT to be kidding me!!!
all i can say is: at least people are being proactive about bringing jobs to the area when RI is the 2nd to worst state for unemployment!

Mar 21, 2009, 5:16:00 PMWe are so very very lucky to live where we do...Saskatchewan...the only place in North America that the recession is ignoring. Our Unemployment numbers have actually continued to drop. I think we have made international news. We went from living as a have not place that seemed to spend the last fifty years in a recession to the opposite. The only problem is that housing has become way more expensive.
