today this is what i've got for you...

one- the number 111. i like it.
two- i am now certified to be a Narcan holder. what that means is i can carry the drug Narcan on me, and if anyone is overdosing from Opiates, i can give them the medicine and it will put them into withdrawal so that they won't die from an overdose. this is so amazing and i feel so lucky to be able to get trained in this.
three- i just printed a whole bunch of coupons; my stock pretty much disappeared because i haven't kept up with it since i've been sick and on vacation, but its back and full now!
four- that i have been able to control my stress at work today, and it has been an immensely stressful day.
five- i am about to go eat a tasty salad with tuna at lunch soon!!!!
