grace number one hundred and fifteen
today i am utterly grateful for two things...

1. being able to celebrate my independence...
the independence i am give just by being a citizen of the united states, and...
the independence i give myself for not being in a serious relationship right now.

AND

2. spending the day with amy and lauren.
it was the greatest time. easy trip up the highway to see lauren's gorgeous new condo she just bought, and then laying by the pool all afternoon. then it was fun to get ready with the girls- it was like we were in college all over again. i miss those times, and those two terribly! and to top it off...we went to dinner at american joes, and ended up having a "rich old man" who joined our table. the conversation was priceless.
