it hasn't stopped snowing since about 2:15pm on friday. it is now 1:25am on sunday. supposedly we are going to get another 3-6inches in the am hours. coincidentally, this will occur right when i will be driving 45 minutes to work. oh, well. i guess i need to suck it up, it will be jude's first time driving in the snow (well, with me at least). i got jude because he had AWD. i'll be sure to report just how well he drives when the AWD is needed.
anyway. my dog fenway is deathly afraid of the snow. its so weird to me, because the ONLY reason i liked winter was because my old dog khiva looooovvvvveeeeeedddddd the snow. and i loved to watch her in the snow. fenway...she is a much different story. even with a jacket on, she shakes like she is having a sezuire. she also chokes herself willingly by pulling as hard as she can against the leash to get closer into the house.
so, when i brought her outside to go to the bathroom before she went to bed, i brought my camera. i've got a couple cute pictures...poor dog. i hope she doesn't hate me before the spring gets here. i think she and i are destined to be nomads. we should do winter in the south and summer up north.
what she's thinking right now is, "i can't believe she is making me do this. i hate my momma. how can i possibly get out of this situation?"
i'm going to post a few more pictures onto this blog later... my computer is acting a little funky right now ;)

We haven't got the avalanche of snow that others are getting. We got the deep freeze instead. My poor dog, who loves snow and usually frolics about, hates the cold. If he is going to be out for anything more than the 30 seconds that it takes to pee, I have to put his boots on. Your fellow looks pathetic.
